Climb Out of Darkness - Team White Rock/South Surrey

In support of perinatal mental health, it meant the world to us to support this event at the White Rock Pier on Oct 7th 2023.

This event was close to our hearts as a team of mothers’, we have all experienced challenges in perinatal mental health first hand whether it be postpartum depression, anxiety or PTSD, so when the opportunity came up to support other women and mothers that may be going through the same we jumped at the chance to be part of this event. From the uplifting speeches from our hosts, to all the vendors and volunteers who took part, the 5km walk and group stretch, and feather and stone release at the pier, the sense of community and support was incredible.
