This newborn has the most incredible hair and we are all for it. I mean who wouldn’t love the opportunity to capture such a cute baby with rockstar hair! Not only were we lucky enough to take their newborn photos, but their maternity photos as well.

What kind of images do you capture during an in-home newborn photoshoot? Who can I include in my baby session? These are a couple of the most common questions we receive.

These lovely clients really wanted the focus of this photography session to be just on baby. The aim was to capture images showcasing how tiny baby was through natural and lifestyle posing which is 100% our style, and we were all for it!

We LOVE including pets in our in-home baby photoshoots, and this session had three dogs! While some studios may let you bring your pets, with in-home sessions we can honestly say that everyone including baby, parents and pets are always much more comfortable.

Looking for a few baby photos or a simple newborn session? Our newborn mini photoshoots are a great option! Not only is this package great for capturing solo images of baby and a few family photos, we find it’s more affordable for families on a budget.

“Lifestyle” and “posed” newborn photography are very different. Lifestyle is more natural and caters well to in-home photography as we can capture your family in different areas of your home (i.e. nursery, bedroom, living room etc.), and baby can be awake or asleep.

Natural light photography gives your images that warm heartfelt glow. Simple and neutral lifestyle photos of you and your baby to capture this incredibly special time.

We absolutely love when families want to include their fur babies in photo shoots. One of the many benefits to in-home lifestyle photography is that you don’t need to leave your beloved pets out, they are after all part of your family!
